You must be able to provide engaging lessons across all primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2.) Follow school plans and policies, adapting where necessary to suit individual needs, all whilst creating a positive and supportive classroom environment. You must also be able to manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a focused and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
