Year 1 Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Year 1 Teacher looking for a full-time role in Leamington Spa? We have an exciting opportunity starting after October half-term and continuing until the end of the 2025 academic year. If you're passionate about teaching Key Stage 1 and ready to take on full teaching responsibilities, we would love to hear from you!About the Role:As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners in your class. Your duties will include but not limited too:Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.Managing classroom behavior effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment.Tracking and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.Participating in staff meetings, parent evenings, and other school-related activities.Ensuring the safety, well-being, and safeguarding of all pupils at all times.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.Experience working in Key Stage 1, particularly with Year 1 students.Must be comfortable with full teaching responsibilities.Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).Up-to-date safeguarding training, completed within the last year.Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.What We Offer:A welcoming and supportive school community in Leamington Spa.Full-time, long-term role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' education.Opportunities for ongoing professional development.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!
