Your new companyA two-form entry primary school in Leamington Spa is looking for a Year 3 teacher to work from January 2025 for 2 terms until July 2025. This school has high aspirations and expectations of both children and staff, and they pride themselves on creating the best learning opportunities for all children. The staff here love to inspire children to be passionate and love learning!Your new roleYour new job as a Year 3 teacher on a full-time basis from January 2025 will be to take on full class responsibility for a lovely bunch of children. You will be required to plan, mark and assess the children for the spring and summer term. This role, dependent on your requirements, could be paid on weekly timesheets or as a fixed-term contract.You must be fully committed to fully imbedding yourself in to school life as well as attending staff meetings.This role is suitable for ECT's as well as more experienced teachers and will be paid to scale from day 1. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this new job you need to have a passion for working in Year 3 or lower key stage 2. You must pride yourself on having high expectations of children and be able to create lessons that are engaging and exciting. You should be able to develop pupils throughout the year, recognising their needs and achieving the highest possible standards for each child within your class.
