We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a wonderful school in Leamington Spa, starting in January 2025. This full-time role requires a commitment of 5 days per week, with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and marking.Key Responsibilities:Teach and inspire Year 3 students, ensuring they reach their full academic potentialPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National CurriculumMark and assess students' work regularly to track progress and provide constructive feedbackManage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environmentCollaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of teaching and learning across the schoolEssential Requirements:Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in UK schoolsQTS (Qualified Teacher Status)Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Strong communication and organisational skillsPassion for primary education and a commitment to student successIf you meet the criteria and are excited about joining a supportive school community, we would love to hear from you!
