I am working on an excellent opportunity for a paralegal to join and provide expert legal support to the private client department of one of the most respected firms in Warwickshire. My client are looking for a paralegal, with at least 6 months experience within a private client department, to assist experienced fee earners on a range of matters. This is a perfect opportunity to develop and learn from experienced solicitors in a friendly environment.Main tasks will include
  • Opening files and onboarding clients
  • Dealing with client due diligence and processing AML checks
  • Assisting int eh drafting of Wills & LPA's
  • Generating letters and sending by email or uploading to a client portal
  • Attending clients both on the phone and in person
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all practice and clients documentation and / or information
  • Providing photocopying support to the team
  • Answering calls from prospective new clients
