Job Title: BIM Project Manager (Building Services Design)

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid)

Salary: 50-60k

We are looking for an Experienced BIM Coordinator/Manager to join a dynamic team working on high-profile construction projects across a variety of sectors. You will manage MEP services, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to handover, while ensuring client satisfaction and team coordination. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, including government, healthcare, commercial, and residential developments.

• Experience: Extensive experience in BIM Coordination, with a proven ability to lead projects effectively.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for MEP services, with the ability to produce detailed, coordinated models and manage project delivery.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, design, execution, and handover of MEP projects.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Manage and delegate tasks within the team, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Oversee resource management and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Client Interaction: Confident in client-facing situations, with the ability to lead meetings and build strong client relationships.
