TRAINEE / ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Warwickshire Midlands based projects
Salary: 30,000- 35,000 per annum

The Company
A market leading regional main contractor whose reputation precedes them and are well known for delivering projects to an exceptionally high standard, they typically work on industrial, leisure, retail and commercial projects for leading blue-chip clients.
This role will offer flexible working and will be based in their luxury offices in Warwickshire with a mixture of site visits and home working. My client is relaxed and will offer a good level of autonomy with this role.
Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor role
- Working with a variety of clients on schemes up to 20m
- Will work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, assisting with, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Cost reporting
- Subcontract Management
