Estate Agent Sales Progression Manager - Leamington Spa - up to £35k basic £40k package

A great opportunity to join this leading, independent multi branch Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive reputation over the last few years. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Progression Manager based at their Leamington Spa office with occasional travel to their Market Harborough office. They are on the lookout for a passionate and motivated individual to join their ever-growing team. Their unique sales progression role sets them apart in the industry, ensuring their clients receive the best experience during property transactions. They need a dynamic leader to spearhead this team across our Leamington and Market Harborough offices.

Your mission will be to uphold and enhance the excellent standards within their department. You'll focus on process and customer service, demonstrating what exceptional service looks like. Previous team management experience is essential. You'll oversee and support the day-to-day operations of Sales Progression, fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction. Problem-solving, quick thinking, and rapport-building skills are crucial.

Comfort with IT, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high pressure situations are a must. Buying a house is one of the most significant transactions for theirclients, and your expertise will keep the process on track and all parties informed.

Main Duties
  • Performance management
  • Coaching and mentoring the team, assisting with training initiatives
  • Overseeing all agreed sales through to Exchange
  • Liaising with Regional Sales Managers
  • Preparing correspondence using our case management system
  • Supporting their Conveyancing department to enhance efficiency
  • Carrying out other duties as required
  • Providing support to their Conveyancing department when applicable to enhance efficiency
Essential Requirements
  • 5 years of Estate Agency experience
  • 3 years of Sales Progression experience
  • 2 years of team management experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural problem-solving abilities and impeccable organisation skills
  • Persuasive, can-do attitude with attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload.
  • Confidence and passion for property
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Enthusiastic, accountable, and a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and good keyboard skills
  • Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others.
  • Monday - Friday Role - with the added bonus of working in line with the Solicitors Christmas Calendar!
