A great opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand in the Leamington area. They are a business that believes in the traditional values of client care, and pride themselves on offering an honest and professional service. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to cover the Leamington, Warwick, Stratford and Southam areas.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:

- Arranging and conducting property market appraisals and valuations
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Dealing with general enquiries on the telephone and face to face
- Generating future opportunities
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Liaising with Sellers & Buyers
- Providing a first-class service
The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK licence and car
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
