Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Progressor - Leamington Spa - up to £30k basic plus commission
My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for over 30 years and have built up a good reputation in the area. Due to continued growth within Sales, they are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join this friendly small team.
Duties for the Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator will involve:
- Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Sales progression through to completion
- Generating new business and booking valuations
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agency Sales Negotiating experience
- Sales Progression experience essential
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Full driving licence and car
Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays
