Lettings Manager – Duties

  • Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business and revenue stream
  • Attending and instructing lettings valuations
  • Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties across both the residential and student sectors ensuring compliance and efficient management
  • Oversight of onboarding new stock
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
  • Training and developing of your team
  • Supporting and guiding the team to achieve personal and branch key goals
  • Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
  • Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance
  • Conduct 1:1's for your team, recognising individual and team achievements
  • Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
  • Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
  • Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team.
  • Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring your team are trained and adapting as required

Lettings Manager – Experience Needed

  • Previous experience of working at Senior Negotiator/Senior Property Manager level looking for a step up or an existing Lettings Manager ready for a new challenge.
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
  • Man management experience.
  • Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business.
  • Some Property Management experience essential.
  • Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
