Lettings Property Manager - Leamington Spa - up to £30k (Salary is Negotiable)

My client is a leading and long established independent Lettings brand based in Leamington Spa who have built up an impressive business over the last 30 years. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will required someone with Lettings Property Management experience. This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management, property inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.

Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role:

  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
  • Ideally ARLA qualified
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Well presented
  • Strong attention to detail

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one in four Saturdays with day off in lieu
