Location: Leamington Spa

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

We are looking for a SwitchboardAdministrator to join our clients team and become the welcoming "voice" of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Reception & Operations:

  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the right person, and take messages when required.
  • Maintain an accurate company phone directory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, postal packages, and deliveries.
  • Distribute company mailing list emails to relevant departments.
  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain office tidiness and ensure the canteen is well-stocked and presentable.

Operations & Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (hotels, flights, and car hire).
  • Monitor office supplies and place stationery orders.
  • Manage uniform orders and conduct quarterly PPE reviews with engineers.
