While we provide silver service-level quality in both our food and service, our approach is more casual in terms of dress and ambiance. Our clientele is high-end, so you must be comfortable speaking and engaging with distinguished guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and personable Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and drive customer engagement.
What Were Looking For:Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment
Strong background in silver service, with the ability to provide high-level but approachable hospitality
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a team
A passion for guest engagement and the ability to build rapport with customers, turning them into regulars
Comfortable speaking with high-end clientele and providing a sophisticated yet welcoming experience
A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and service excellence
Willingness to take ownership of the front-of-house experience and support business growth
