Part-time Office & Accounts Administrator 

30 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office & Accounts Administrator to join a closely knit team in Leamington Spa.

What will it entail?

This will be a very varied position, supporting the Office Manager, but is likely to include:

• Preparing wage information for processing• Approving invoices for payment• Managing petty cash and ensuring it’s balanced• Banking• Preparing invoices• Managing levels of stationary, stamps etc• Maintaining staff sickness and absence records• Maintaining spreadsheets• Dealing with routine correspondence• General typing• Assisting with newsletters• Organising equipment maintenance• Preparing paperwork and contracts• Assisting the manager to ensure premises comply with all relevant legislation• Negotiating new rates for gas, electric, insurance etc• Producing monthly fee reports• Other ad hoc duties
