Part Time Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join an established organisation. This role involves managing both incoming and outgoing payments and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, proficient in using accounting systems like Xero, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Complete procurement forms to set up as a supplier for our members.
  • Invoice members for training and memberships.
  • Reconcile payments received to invoices sent using Xero.
  • List invoices received from suppliers for directors to approve and pay.
  • Reconcile payments made to invoices received.
  • Occasionally contact suppliers
  • General administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Xero is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
