Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant

A fantastic opportunity to join the busy accounts department of a luxury brand.

Based in smart modern offices, this role will play a key role within the finance team.

What will it entail?

• Ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger, as well as providing cover for the sales ledger and bank accounts
• Posting supplier invoices, petty cash, credit cards and other expense claims through the purchase ledger in Kerridge
• Providing support with the scanning and invoice registration, verification or parts / sub contract invoices, coding invoices

What skills and experience do I need?

• You will already have purchase ledger experience
• You will be able to demonstrate fantastic organisational skills and an ability to think on your feet
• Good communication skills are essential
