We're on the lookout for a Store Manager to join a respected and fast-growing retail brand. This is an exciting role for someone who can motivate a team, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

As the Store Manager, you'll put the customer journey at the heart of everything you do. You'll take pride in your store's appearance and ensure that visual merchandising is spot-on throughout the day. What you'll be doing:

Lead with passion for retail and music
Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve great results
Manage a large, high-traffic store with operational excellence
Ideally bring experience from fast-paced retail environments
Develop a team that actively engages with customers at all times
Make key commercial decisions to enhance store performance
Maintain high visual merchandising standards
Drive and motivate the management team to perform at their best
Oversee recruitment, induction, and training to build a team focused on sales and customer value
Be commercially aware, able to monitor business performance and address underperforming areas
