In this role, will you:

Collaborate closely with the class teacher to support a child with ASD?
Use Team Teach strategies to manage behaviour effectively?

What qualifications and experience do you bring?

Do you have a Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification (or equivalent)?
Are you experienced in providing strong 1:1 support for children with SEN, particularly ASD and communication needs?
Do you know how to use PECS and Makaton to enhance communication?
Can you apply effective behaviour management techniques, including Team Teach?
Are you familiar with EHCPs and the UK Key Stage 2 curriculum?
Are you a team player who enjoys collaborating with other staff?
