SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate

Locations: Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Henley-in-Arden, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa
Pay: 85-100 per day
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for passionate Psychology Graduates to join schools across these areas as SEN Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, or teaching. You will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
  • Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Using psychology-based strategies to support behaviour and learning
  • Helping students build confidence, independence, and communication skills


What We're Looking For:

  • A psychology (or related) degree
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and patient approach


Additional Benefits:

  • Team Teach Training (Level 1 & 2) provided to develop effective de-escalation and behaviour management strategies
  • No prior experience required - full training and support will be provided
