Your new companyA Primary School near Leamington Spa is looking for an Early Years teacher to work in their brand-new SEN provision. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a new provision teaching up to 5 children from the EYFS curriculum. This school has created an environment which is safe and inspirational where every child has an exciting learning experience. Your new roleYour new job as an Early Years SEN Teacher will be to work alongside 1 Teaching Assistant and have up to 5 children between the age of 4 and 5 with communication and interaction needs. All EHCP's are in place, but there is currently no 1:1 funding allocated for Teaching Assistants, which is why the class size is small. This is a full-time job, 5 days per week starting on 2nd September 2024 until 20th December 2024.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this new job you will need to have either an early years background with a passion for SEN or come from a SEN school, as the needs of these children are greater than what mainstream can offer them. They need someone who is understanding, kind, calm and passionate about making a difference, especially for those with communication and interaction needs.
