Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and flexible KS1 Teacher to join our team, working on a full-time, day-to-day supply basis across multiple schools in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who is confident delivering the KS1 curriculum in various school settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of different schools and pupils
Supporting pupil progress and assessing learning outcomes
Working closely with other school staff and following school policies

Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
UK teaching experience across KS1
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Ability to adapt to different school environments and follow the curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Desirable:
Familiarity with a variety of schools and teaching approaches
Experience in supporting children with additional needs or differentiated learning
