Your Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department. This includes managing the showroom and goods inward area while maintaining clear and accurate communication with both customers and the Parts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently-whether in person, via phone, or email.
- Assist customers and colleagues with parts identification, sourcing, and ordering.
- Maintain accurate records, quotations, and stock levels, ensuring orders are placed on time.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role within the motor, agricultural, or plant machinery industries.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills-both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi-task effectively, and solve problems proactively.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturdays on a generous rota
Salary Package:
- £26,000 basic salary
- £32,000+ OTE (uncapped earnings and overtime potential!)
