Mortgage and Protection Adviser
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice on residential and commercial mortgages, helping clients secure the best possible solutions for their property financing needs. You’ll also offer tailored protection solutions, ensuring our clients are financially secure.
The position is with a West Midlands based IFA who are partnered with a Leamington Spa Property Development Agency. You will be the only Mortgage & Protection Adviser in the business so there will be plenty of clients and leads to work with but being able to work independently is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide professional residential and commercial mortgage advice tailored to clients' individual needs? Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products? Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience? Stay up-to-date with market trends and lender policies? Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and advice? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
?? CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification - essential?? Experience in providing mortgage and protection advice (residential & commercial)?? Strong knowledge of lender criteria and financial products?? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills?? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
