Role: Revenues Officer
Type: Temporary, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: 22 per hour (umbrella)
Location: Warwickshire
Fully Remote (equipment collection required)
Sellick Partnership is partnering with Local Authority to recruit a Revenues Officer on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
The Responsibilities of the Revenues Officer will be:
- Administer and manage council tax and business rates accounts
- Handle billing, payments, and customer queries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies
- Support debt recovery processes and liaise with stakeholders.
The Ideal candidate for the Revenues Officer role will have:
- Proven experience in revenues administration
- Strong knowledge of council tax and business rates regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Desirable: experience using Civica Open Revenues system.
