Description
- Oversee accruals, pre-payments, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in collaboration with project and cost centre managers.
- Ensure accurate master data management in financial systems, maintaining financial reconciliations, including balance sheets, intercompany transactions, and timesheet records.
- Authorise bank payments, process freelancer invoices, and handle taxable benefit reporting to HMRC, including P11Ds and PSA.
Profile
- Prior experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Familiarity with financial systems is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
