The Role - Never a Dull Week

As the Accounts Senior you work closely with clients and partners on a wide range of assignments including:

  • Preparing management and year-end accounts
  • Corporation and personal tax returns
  • VAT returns, forecasts, and business models
  • Client meetings and presentations
  • Cloud-accounting support (e.g. Xero, Kashflow)
  • Ad-hoc advisory work for owner-managed businesses

This role offers real variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a direct impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (2-5 years PQE)
  • A background in accountancy practice is essential
  • Confident managing your own portfolio and building client relationships
  • Strong grounding in accounts preparation
  • Experience with tax or audit is a bonus
  • Proficiency in cloud-based systems (ideally Xero)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • A proactive, commercial mindset and willingness to learn
  • A stable employment track record
  • Full UK Driving Licence
