An exciting opportunity for an ambitious ACA/ACCA Qualified Audit & Accounts Director to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to partnership. The Role
- Lead and develop the audit and accounts function, overseeing a portfolio of businesses across multiple industries.
- Provide strategic advisory support and acting as a trusted business partner to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end audit and working closely with clients to ensure the relevant advice
- Play a key role in business development, driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s presence across Surrey.
- Oversee statutory accounts preparation under UK GAAP
- Develop and mentor the audit and accounts team to ensure their development , well being and good staff retention.
- RI status and a Practicing Certificate to ensure the route to Partnership
About You
- ACA/ACCA qualified with significant Director-level or current Partner status in an accountancy firm.
- Experitise as senior leader in an Audit function.
- Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing and growth team.
- Proven track record in client development.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and keen to take on a leadership role in a growth business.
