An exciting opportunity for an ambitious ACA/ACCA Qualified Audit & Accounts Director to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to partnership. The Role

  • Lead and develop the audit and accounts function, overseeing a portfolio of businesses across multiple industries.
  • Provide strategic advisory support and acting as a trusted business partner to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end audit and working closely with clients to ensure the relevant advice
  • Play a key role in business development, driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s presence across Surrey.
  • Oversee statutory accounts preparation under UK GAAP
  • Develop and mentor the audit and accounts team to ensure their development , well being and good staff retention.
  • RI status and a Practicing Certificate to ensure the route to Partnership

About You

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with significant Director-level or current Partner status in an accountancy firm.
  • Experitise as senior leader in an Audit function.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing and growth team.
  • Proven track record in client development.
  • Ambitious, commercially minded, and keen to take on a leadership role in a growth business.
