Your Responsibilities

As an Audit Team Lead, your role will be multifaceted and impactful. Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit Oversight: Manage the audit process from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff, conducting reviews and fostering growth within the team.

What You’ll Bring

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • ACA or ACCA qualifications with a strong track record in audit, ideally 2+ years within a UK-based practice.
  • Solid knowledge of FRS 102 & ISAs, with familiarity in IFRS as an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build client and team relationships.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client needs.
  • Strong IT proficiency and enthusiasm for digital advancements in audit technology.
