Description

The finance Business Partner will include:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the trust's objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice to the operations team.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with NHS and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Contribute to financial projects and initiatives within the trust.

Profile

The successful Finance Business Partner should Be a qualified accountant within a similar role ideally within the NHS or public body, a proven track record with Stakeholders and budget holders providing advice,

  • An accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and budget management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
