The Management Accountant will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Financial Controller, working for a fast growing, industry leader business in the leisure industry.

My client, based in Surrey, is a rapidly growing business within the sports and leisure sector.

Description

路To provide accurate management accounts and performance reporting information on a timely basis for the business.

路To produce weekly and monthly management reports performance analysis and forecasts.

路To develop management reporting and management information systems.

路To control and report on capital investment activity and returns compared to budgets.

路To assess and report on financial control processes, making recommendations for improvement. This includes the completion of 1 financial audit at each location annually.

路To develop internal and external benchmarking to secure improved performance.

路To produce annual revenue budgets and plans.

路To produce annual capital budgets and plans.

路To provide pre and post investment appraisals of major projects.

路To provide finance support on financial and commercial projects.

路To participate in the evaluation of potential business acquisitions.

路To participate in due diligence work and the efficient integration of acquired businesses.

路To make a key contribution to Year End statutory accounts production and the annual Audit process.

Perform relevant related duties as requested by your line manager and Senior Management Team.

Profile

Fully qualified (either newly qualified or with extensive experience) accountant with relevant experience.
