My client, a successful, growing organisation, based on the outskirts of Leatherhead, is looking to add an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy, very experienced department. This is a varied role, working in a brilliantly supportive business supporting the finance function.

Day to Day duties will include:

  • Processing all supplier invoices
  • Preparing invoices on a regular basis for other entities
  • Leasing with Client and Customers, investigating and resolving queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Expenses
  • Invoice query resolution; liaising internal and external
  • Undertaking banking when required
  • Other administrative duties
