Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Compliance Engineer to join our team focused on green technology automotive projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and safety engineering, with a passion for sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Compliance and Regulation processes for Engineering products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet all compliance and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK, EU, and US.
- Facilitate the CE and UKCA marking processes for product certification.
- Conduct requirements engineering to support project development and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance or safety engineering role, preferably in Aerospace, Automotive, or similar sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the UK, EU, and US.
- Proven experience in successfully bringing compliant products to market.
- Strong expertise in requirements engineering and associated processes.
