Our client, an innovative company in their field is currently looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will lead a talented team of engineers, work closely with cross-functional departments, and oversee all quality assurance processes, from product design to regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing quality systems, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product design, development, and manufacturing processes
  • Driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and risk management strategies
  • Ensuring the execution of validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) and documentation management.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality engineering, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare sector
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
