Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of 1bn+. Undertaking high-volume traditional housing & high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market.

The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of 100m+ works. All projects are flats and houses (RC Frame, Traditional Build and Timber Frame).

The position will be based out of their office in Surrey with travelling around Buckinghamshire, Reading, Surrey and West London required.

The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer.

Our client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning, & pre-construction skills with the experience of liaising with client's architects, subcontractors and a knowledge of current building regulations.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 140k - 150k (basic) + full package & bonus system.
