Salary: 38-42,000 Dependant on experience

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Architect to join our client's team in Surrey, with an immediate start available. The ideal candidate will bring several years of post-qualification experience and a solid grasp of all RIBA Stages, with particular expertise in Design, Technical Detailing, and Contract Administration.

Experience with high-end residential projects is highly preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, while knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion is advantageous. Strong abilities in drafting specifications and contract documentation are essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB registered.
• Several years post-qualification experience in a UK based practice.
• Expertise across all RIBA Stages of work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience in high-end residential projects would be highly desirable.
• Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
• Ability to draft specifications and contract documents.
• Familiarity with SketchUp and Lumion (beneficial but not essential).
• Fluency in English.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Living locally to Surrey and own method of transport.
