£50,000 - £85,000
This role is best suited for those who have previous management experience as you'll be leading a team to do their best, give great advice and hit their targets. Earn a competitive £50,000 salary and bonus scheme on top whilst supporting the firm in their aims to grow.
The Business
They are a very well established firm and amongst the best reviewed mortgage firms in the UK. They are an estate agency business operating across the South of the UK and have a number of other businesses operating under their care. They have been operating for over 15 years and put the client at the heart of everything they do, with giving suitable advice at the top of their priorities. They are directly authorised and are genuinely whole of market.
The Role
This role will see you running, coaching and managing your team of mortgage advisors to achieve the desired business levels and beyond. You will work alongside some of the top performers who are passionate about the business. You'll be regularly visiting those in your team and carrying out 1:1s to monitor performance and business quality. You'll also mentor new advisors in the business and train them up to be the best they can be. You'll be liaising with various directors in the business to ensure the maximisation of opportunities.
