Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced company looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, generating new business, and nurturing existing client relationships. As a Business Development Executive you will be someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, is performance-driven environment and passionate about achieving results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and sell company products and services to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

 

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Previous B2B experience desired but not essential
  • Target-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proactive and self-motivated to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Confident negotiator with strong influencing and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to identify market trends and capitalize on them for business growth.
  • Skilled in lead generation, prospecting, and managing the sales pipeline.
