A globally recognised S&P 500 business is seeking a Business Insights Manager to drive data-led decision-making and influence change at scale. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead insight delivery, and help shape the company's analytics capabilities from the inside out.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver strategic dashboards and reports that drive performance
- Translate data into actionable insight for senior decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business
- Act as a bridge between hands-on analytics and business leadership
- Own product backlog and delivery as part of an Agile team
What We're Looking For:
- Personable and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Hands-on analytical experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL
- Leadership potential or experience - able to balance insight delivery with team influence
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team of 7 data professionals
