Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? A small but dedicated housing association based in Surrey is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Main Purpose: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing reactive maintenance and small works projects, utilizing both an in-house maintenance team and external contractors. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance activities meet the required standards and are completed within the specified timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of reactive maintenance services.
  • Oversee small works projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
