Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated CDP (Chef De Par-tie) to join our team. As a CDP, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, assisting with food preparation and the creation of dishes. Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation, creation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and standards- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service hours- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area

Requirements:- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
