Featuring a newly refurbished restaurant, the hotel offers diners a selection of tasty British gastro pub style dishes to enjoy whilst looking out over the manicured gardens and are able to cater for C&B for up to 150 covers including weddings.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie, you will be passionate about offering good quality food with a good eye for detail when it comes to presentation and will be able to work under pressure. You will be a team player, able to work as a part of the kitchen brigade striving to deliver great food promptly, and will assist with the training of junior chefs where required.

You will prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standard, and will be able to run a section smoothly, when confident to do so. You will also ensure you both yourself and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.

This Chef de Partie will support more senior chefs in the team and will assist in the creation of new menu items.

Staff accommodation is available with this position, should you be relocating from outside of the area.
