We are currently seeking skilled CDP’s to join or temporary team based over Surrey and Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced chefs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional food quality across various venues, including restaurants, hotels, events, and catering establishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your section to a consistently high standard.
- Support the head chef and sous chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to the creation and development of menus ensuring quality.
- Manage stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace.
- Adapt to different kitchen environments and teams while maintaining a professional attitude.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CDP or similar role.
- Flexibility to work in various kitchens and adjust to different menus and team dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high quality results.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Relevant culinary qualifications.
