We are currently seeking skilled CDP’s to join or temporary team based over Surrey and Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced chefs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional food quality across various venues, including restaurants, hotels, events, and catering establishments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your section to a consistently high standard.
  • Support the head chef and sous chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety and hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to the creation and development of menus ensuring quality.
  • Manage stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace.
  • Adapt to different kitchen environments and teams while maintaining a professional attitude.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDP or similar role.
  • Flexibility to work in various kitchens and adjust to different menus and team dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high quality results.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications.
