COMMERCIAL INSURANCE SECTOR

  • Role location: Surrey (Godalming/Oxted)
  • Competitive salary - £40K-£60K based on exp

  • 5 hours per week
  • A mix of customer visits, office working (once a week) and home working

Working for a highly regarded award-winning quality brand, you will be part of a vibrant, positive and customer focused team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Relationship Manager focused on Commercial and Bespoke insurance.

As a Business Development & Relationship Manager, you'll play an important role driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. You'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers and attracting new customers.

Working collaboratively within the Relationship Management Team, you will develop and implement plans that turn our significant market potential into new business. This will include utilising our existing CRM database but also creating new prospecting strategies.

  • Live in or within easy reach of North Surrey and the M25 Surrey corridor* Proven UK general insurance sales experience, especially commercial* Experience of working in a face-to-face customer environment and holding client meetings* Experience prospecting for new clients* Effective negotiation skills* Full UK Driver's license
