Business Development Manager

£35k-£45k base + OTE double
Working for this UK leading technology company who use an AI technology / software to ensure the safety of both public / private sector staff.
Overall purpose of the role:
To proactively seek and convert new business and enterprise sales for their services and increase sales revenue for the company.
- New business outbound and inbound sales (50/50)
- Selling the full portfolio of services to an existing and new customer base
- Achieving monthly new logos, retention of existing and renewal targets
- PROVEN track record of targeted sales and achieving / over achieving
- Confidently deliver presentations to C-suite face to face / phone
Key Responsibilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute a strategy to deliver daily revenue.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience within a metric and target environment able to deliver daily, monthly and annual targets.
- Previous experience of selling a SaaS or Technical platform
- Forecast & deliver on KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ideal candidate:
- Someone who enjoys being a hunter and delivering to target
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to present and explain complex tech to clients to ensure they get the most from it
- Client management
