Accommodation: Ensuite bedroom in the house. Wi-Fi available. Shared living space and kitchen.
Summary:
Our client is looking for an experienced Nanny Housekeeper who has previous baby experience. The parents take an active role and will predominantly be looking after the baby in the mornings allowing you the time to complete housekeeping duties. The family are realistic about the burden of looking after a very young child and have no unrealistic expectations in terms of housekeeping, but equally they would like someone who is willing to get involved in housekeeping tasks generally, when they are with the baby or when she is napping.
Duties to include:
- Mix of sole and shared charge of the baby
- Plan and supervise the children's daily activities
- Play and do age related learning activities
- Feed, wash and dress the baby
- Keeping the home clean and tidy (cleaner employed to do the deep cleans)
- Laundry and ironing
- Family style cooking - not essential
- Making and changing the beds
The ideal candidate will ideally be a good all-rounder and happy to muck in where needed. Kindness and good communication skills are essential, and a sense of humour would definitely be a plus.
