What You'll Do:
- Work 40 hours per week with one day off during the week.
- Create a warm, engaging, and educational atmosphere for the children.
- Implement daily routines and educational programs tailored to the children's needs.
- Monitor and support the development of each child, ensuring they thrive.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve our practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant childcare qualifications.
- Experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for working with children and providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude.
