Description

  1. Conducting Building Surveys:

    Examining buildings thoroughly to assess their condition, identify any defects, and provide expert advice on their repair or improvement.

  2. Project Management: Quickly adopt and manage a wide range of projects, ensuring efficient delivery through established processes.
  3. Interdepartmental Engagement: Collaborate with various service areas to ensure cohesive project execution.
  4. Environmental and Sustainability Expertise: Provide advice and expertise on environmental and sustainability issues, ensuring projects align with these principles.
  5. Critical Evaluation: Challenge and assess project decisions to ensure they are the right course of action.
