Area Client Representative (Pharmaceuticals)
12 month Fixed Term Contract - with possibly of going permanent
Field based 4 days Covering London, Surrey and M3 Corridor (must be able to cover all areas) One Day home based£33k plus Car, Mobile, laptop plus large company benefits including Expenses and bonus
Have you had a Field sales experience but enjoyed the client interaction more than the sales side, then this is the role for you?
This role does NOT require someone with any pharmacy experience but someone who is happy being in the field looking after Pharmacy clients and being able to introduce the product, train relevant staff within the pharmacy on what the products can do so that they in turn can advise members of the public, but you also need to ensure they have the right instore Marketing material capitalise on salesÂ
This is a brilliant role for someone who likes being face to face with clients and building relationships, You will be working on behalf of a large global Pharma company on 2 of their Brands, visiting Pharmacists, healthcare advisors and retail staff within the pharmacies working to brief and assessing knowledge compliance and educate them on the new products to increase their product knowledge and consumer/patient recommendations
This will in turn lead to increased retail sales and brand market value. In addition, the role might also include selling merchandising, audit and compliance work in other pharmacy outlets that are not designated on your listÂ
Candidates need:
- To have full drivers licence
- Have some face to face client experience
- Ideally location close to Kingston or Guildford or Basingstoke is ideal
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with pharmacy teams (decision makers and influencers)
- • Be superb and being able to provide structured training with a high degree of influencing.
- • To assimilate product knowledge features and benefits easily.
- • Able to build rapport and develop long term trusted relationships.
- • Effective time management and journey planning skills
- • Be able to analyse and interpret data.
- • Effective presentations skills and with able to use a variety of sales aids.
- • Be able to work under pressure and work to deadlines/strong commercial acumen and a good decision maker.
- • Be a self-starter be able to work under your own initiative with minimal supervision.
